Building in Anand since 1991
Chirag Construction is a developer-builder in Anand, Gujarat. We design, build and sell our own projects, and we build custom homes for families on their own land.
Chirag Patel
Chirag Patel leads the design of every Chirag Construction project, from site planning and elevations to the details of kitchens and interiors.
Every home starts on the drawing board of Chirag Patel, Architect & Builder. The same team then builds it on site, so the house you move into is the house that was designed.
Since 1991 we have completed more than 30 projects in and around Anand: housing estates of 50 homes and more, both luxury and budget, residential towers, a 16-storey office building, villas, bungalows, farmhouses and a hostel.
Most of our projects carry the name Surya, after the Sun God.
