When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give one, where you are, and the project or service you are interested in. For custom homes we also collect the location and size of your land, the type of home and your timeline.
If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to send you the project information you asked for. We do not sell your personal data or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Your consent
By sending an enquiry you agree to us using your details for this purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time by calling or messaging us, and we will stop using your data.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is seen by our team in Anand. It may pass through the service providers we use to receive form enquiries. If we use advertising or analytics tools such as Meta Pixel or Google Analytics, they record visits and enquiry events using cookies; you can block these in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
